WHC-power packs consist of a compact hydraulic pump with pressure preselection (max. 410 bar) and a separate electronic control panel with numeric press-time preselection (0,1 s bis 999 h). The combined appliance is especially handy as table-model, easy to mount and very easy to use. Existing lab presses may subsequently be equipped for the connection of WHC-power packs. By the use of WHC-power packs efficient automated pressing procedures are possible, even if you are working with manual lab presses. |

EHV-supply stations contain more than the electro-hydraulic supply: They also control the connected lab press. Next to manual press operation EHVs may also be connected to all manual presses of the model-series PW. Then the use of EHVs is a cost saving alternative to PW-E automatic presses – almost the same funcionality can be acheived. EHVs are an ideal solution for modernization and extension of existing equipment. As standard model the EHV is designed as covered unit. But especially extensive switch devices might make a separation into two aggregates necessary. Many components for an extension of the system are available. The process control PRESSYS also can be integrated into an EHV. |

Hydraulic power packs are almost maintenance-free. The intervalls for oil change are 500 working hours, respectively one year. |
