				PRESSYS operates in connection with electrical proportionally controlled power packs and the related pressure- and press force sensor technology. Using PRESSYS it is possible to keep or build up press forces defined in the control loop within preselected times in a linear way. If PRESSYS is combined with TEMPRESS hot press technology systems, a precise control of temperature/time runoffs is possible. The standardized serial interface RS 232 is an essential part of PRESSYS. It enables computer-supported tracking, visualizing, and the analysis of data. The most different programs for measuring data acquisition can be used.
				PRESSYS is designed as a compact control unit, equipped with key pad and LCD-display. It can be used for all electro-hydraulic P/O/WEBER lab presses. Fifty programs for single-ramp controlling and another fifty multiple-ramp controlling programs can be programmed and stored in an easy way. After storage up to six press force/time ramps can be worked off one after another, if necessary combined with up to six temperature/time ramps.
				This single-ramp controlling program works off one force- and one temperature-ramp in a parallel procedure.
				This multiple-ramp program works off six force- and six temperature-ramps. The temperature-steps 1,2,3 and 4 are processed with heating. Steps 5 and 6 are cooling procedures.
