| PW-E lab presses are equipped with a stable underframe, containing the electro-hydraulic supply. The press frame, and next to it the electric switch cabinet, are mounted onto the underframe. All operating elements are integrated into the front of the switch cabinet. Usually these are the automatic time switch for the press time, the operational mode switch for the setting of the machine and automatic mode and the start/release switch. A manometer with inductive limit signal transmitter is on top of the switch cabinet. Here the desired press force can be set. In the big working area the upper press plate with the easy movable adjustable spindle is manually put onto the press material. After starting the piston of the hydraulic cylinder extends, until the preselected press force is acheived. Then the automatic time switch starts. The press force is kept constant during the predefined time period, and after operating the piston moves back to its starting position. All press paramenters can be set in a comfortable and easy way. The automatic ongoing of the pressing procedure allows the continuous manufacturing of a high number of items. |

| The automatic lab presses PW 100 E / EH are delivered together with an external electro-hydraulic supply station. Press and supply station are connected with hydraulic tubes and quick lock components. This PW 100 E has the following add-on components: Two-hand safety control panel, security protection device, rise of pressure adjustable, additional manometer, hand pump, pressure release valve, cross bar and a column guided work table with hardened pressure plates. |
